I went back and re-checked the listing – it is held out as being the entire new expanded edition, but my Kindle only got the Intro and Chapter 1 – I wouldn’t have minded if they’d told the truth and let me know I was simply getting a sample. I know it was a freebie, but I feel like I was taken for a fool. This stinks! Truth in advertising? Not this time.

I’m limited in what I can say about the book because the version of this for the Kindle has only the introduction and the first chapter. They appear competently done, but were not the complete book as I expected.

This is a tremendous book on leadership principles. I think it needs at least a second read to take in all the concepts that are offered. I highly recommend it to any one interested in growing as a leader.

I thought Ken Blanchard wrote only business parables until I read this book. He started out life as a college professor on organizational behavior, and it really shows in this book. Only this isn’t ivory tower, it’s practical. If only leaders would embrace these concepts in their organizations!
